Ruby and Ketchy`s in Morgantown

Hands down one of the best Reubens.yummy & filling breakfast. The ladies are very pleasant & welcoming.

We enjoyed our meal here. Our service was fast and the staff was friendly. The booths are very uncomfortable, so I would recommend a table next time. It's a cozy diner with a casual atmosphere.

Was ignored by one waitress completely she severed and waited on people who were seated after us. A secondary waitress came servered us. Food quality was below average for this place.

Everything about this place is wonderful, charming and delicious! Excellent service, fantastic food and great prices. We were only in Morgantown for a week but went two days in a row! Wish we'd found it earlier on our vacation.

I have been assured that my experience was out of the norm but it was pretty horrible. The waitress took over 10 minutes to get our drinks, our food took 40+ minutes and the order was entirely wrong. I was willing to just enjoy it anyways but my end never showed so I simply paid and left.

Try the buckwheat pancakes. They are a great local favorite

I went here a couple months ago, but didn't want to miss the opportunity to leave a review .100% the BEST omelette I have ever had. Ever. This place was awesome. Family oriented and all home cooked food. I will definitely be back.

Atmosphere was really nice, exactly what you'd expect from a place like this. Food was good, we knew what we ordered but it did turn out greasier than we'd hoped. Kinda had a stomachache by the end of our meal. Mostly our fault for ordering greasy stuff. Pie was a bit more expensive than I'd prefer.

The real deal. Local pride in delicious fresh ingredients. We ate curbside for this government shut down thing. So hope this crushing suppression doesn't force this gem to close! This reopenjng cant happen too soon.

Our waitress was wonderful, service with a purpose!! The food and and drinks arrived in record time. We highly recommend any one of their breakfast omelettes, buckwheat pancakes and/or home fries.

Best locally owned restaurant in Morgantown, West Virginia. Veggie Omelet was the best I've ever eaten.

The grilled cheese and hand cut fries were excellent.

I really wanted to love this place and I think I could. A waitress ( not our waitress) kept checking on us and informed us that they were training new people in the kitchen which is the reason for our long wait. She was incredibly sweet and brought us crayons for our kids and kept us informed which is great. When our waiter brought our food we were missing a bread and a side with an entree and a sauce with the appetizer. I'm sure that they would have made it right but we just cut our losses that day. We are hoping that we just caught an off day and we are willing to give it a try again sometime but probably not for a while.

It was an ordinary, expected experience. Nothing wowing or extraordinary. Portion was satisfying, and pricing was reasonable.

My grandfather used to take me here when I was a teenager and now I'm 44 and so happy to see this is one place that hasn't changed

Came here to eat because I haven’t been here since years ago when I was a kid. The place has really gone downhill food was tasteless tried the chili it was really awful we had to reorder because the thing we wanted on the menu was not available place was not clean. Tables were not set 6 feet apart. Also I took a picture of the fly that was flying around and landed on our food but I’m not sure how to attach it. Anyway will not be returning, do not recommend.

Home made meatloaf on Tuesdays special, Wednesday special is spaghetti and meatballs. Chocolate cake with white or p'nut butter frosting... Wow The waitresses were great. Old time restaurant, family owned.

Came here for breakfast for the first time today and it was awesome! The pancakes are HUGE so next time my fiancé and I will be sharing 2 instead of 2 each! The country fried steak was also very good and we loved their home fries!

This is our go to restaurant for breakfast when we are in the area. Everything about Ruby and Ketchy's says welcome. When my family and I came into the door we sat at a booth and overheard a waitress ask a older gentleman, who I assume is a regular, if he remembered to take his medicine. They care about their customers and know them.The food portions were plentiful and excellent. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Take the time to go to this diner! Great service. Like you just don't see any more. Awesome menu options. And just when you think you can't be surprised anymore, the bill comes and it's way less than the chains you're used to.
